Released just last year, Russia's The Morningside bring fresh stylings to a sometimes stale genre with this one. Containing equal parts of atmosphere, doomish, and death influence, this album has seen its fair share of play on my end. The Morningside reminds me of the offspring of a consensual orgy between Agalloch, Neurosis, and various death acts. Have a listen.Download here:
